FUSE (body hair/individual graft extraction)

Prices:

• USD $4.00 per graft for first 3000 grafts
• USD $3.50 per graft for any additional grafts (applicable per visit)

Example:

• A patient opting for 6000 FUSE grafts will be charged as follows:
  • Cost for first 3000 grafts = $12000 ($4.00 X 3000)
  • Cost for remaining 3000 grafts = $10,500 ($3.50 X 3000)
  • Total cost for 6000 Fuse = $22500 ($12000 + $10500)

FUHT (strip scalp)

Prices:

• USD $1.50 for first 3000 grafts (> 1000 FUHT grafts required per visit)
• USD $1.25 for any additional grafts till 5000 grafts (applicable per visit)
• USD $ 1 for any grafts above 5000 FUHT grafts
• For patients opting for 1000 grafts or less in a single visit, cost is $1.75 per graft 

Example:

• A patient opting for 4000 FUHT grafts will be charged as follows:
  • Cost for first 3000 grafts = $4500 ($1.50 X 3000)
  • Cost for remaining 1000 grafts = $1250 ($1.25 X 1000)
  • Total cost for 4000 FUHT = $5750 ($4500 + $1250)
     
• A patient opting for 5500 FUHT grafts will be charged as follows:
  • Cost for first 3000 grafts = $4500 ($1.50 X 3000)
  • Cost for 2000 grafts = $2500 ($1.25 X 2000)
  • Cost for remaining 500 grafts = $500 ($1 X 500)
  • Total cost for 5500 FUHT grafts  = $7500 ($4500 + $2500 + $ 500)

Please note

• Cost and discounts are calculated per visit.  A visit may last for consecutive days.  For example:
  • A patient going for 5000 grafts in a single visit will qualify for the discount
  • A patient going for 5000 grafts over two separate vists will not qualify for the discount
• Discounts are calculated for each technique individually.  For example:
  • A patient opting for 4000 grafts (1000 FUSE + 3000 FUHT) will not qualify for a discount because neither technique is used for > 3000 grafts.  
• All fees are inclusive and include overtime charges etc.  There are no hidden fees/extra charges.
